Software Licenses

Desktop licenses become non-revocable once activated and are tied to a single PC. Hardware changes invalidate the license.

Payments for desktop licenses are non-refundable once activated. Service subscriptions may be cancelled by setting channels/storage to zero.

All trademarks (logos, icons, names) belong to us or our affiliates. You may not use them in any confusing or disparaging manner.

We may terminate your access at any time without notice, including for abusive behavior. Termination provisions survive expiry.

We aim to resolve disputes amicably. If unresolved, mediation is required before pursuing legal remedies.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any third-party claims arising from your breach or misuse of the service.

You are responsible for your account security. One account corresponds to one person. Immediately report any unauthorized use.

Users under 18 may use the service only with the supervision of a parent or guardian aged 18 or older.

The software is provided 'as is', without any warranty. We are not liable for damages, data loss, or system issues arising from its use.
